Prof. Dr. Mostafa M. A. Khater is a Full Professor of Applied Mathematics at the School of Information Engineering, Yango University, China. He is a distinguished applied mathematician specializing in nonlinear dynamics, analytical methods, and mathematical modeling. His research focuses on the development of advanced analytical and numerical techniques for nonlinear partial and ordinary differential equations, with particular emphasis on biomedical applications such as wave propagation, drug diffusion, and tumor growth.

He is the originator of the modified Khater method and the unified formulation approach, both of which serve as powerful frameworks for deriving exact and approximate solutions, effectively bridging mathematical theory with real-world applications.

Dr. Khater has established a distinguished academic record, with more than 409 peer-reviewed publications, a cumulative impact factor of 764.35, an H-index of 63, an i10-index of 245, and over 12,176 citations. Since 2023, he has been ranked among the top mathematicians in Egypt, placing third nationally. His work has gained broad international recognition through extensive collaborations across China, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Iran, Russia, Saudi Arabia, and South Korea. These contributions have played a key role in the emergence of the “Khater Methods” group within the global research community.
